Shipping and Returns

We take pride in what we do and try our best to ensure each product meets the high-quality standards we have set. Because each item in our small shop is made-to-order specifically for your pup, we do not accept returns at this time. However, you and your pup are very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a message to within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your handmade accessories to be created and shipped. We appreciate your patience!

All orders will be shipped via USPS  (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Priority shipping is available at checkout.

We are not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Yes, we also ship to Canada. More country to come in the future.

If you received a shipping confirmation email from us, then you can go to Track Your Order page and enter your USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking number or you can track it directly from the USPS web site. The tracking number of USPS is usually an individual 20 – 22 digit long, however it can be longer, there are no characters in it. NOTE: Tracking can sometimes take up to 6-7 days to update. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

The sizing is specific to the product and will be found in the product description. See our sizing charts to see what would be the best fit for your pup.

You can enter a discount code either when you are at the cart or checkout page. Note: If you have an Add-On, example (embroidery) on a product, then you need to input your discount code at the cart page.

We have promotional, seasonal, special occasion and miscellaneous codes that have expiration dates. Bark at us at with the code in question and we would be happy to look into it.
