We take pride in what we do and try our best to ensure each product meets the high-quality standards we have set. Because each item in our small shop is made-to-order specifically for your pup, we do not accept returns at this time. However, you and your pup are very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a message within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your handmade accessories to be created and shipped. We appreciate your patience!

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Priority shipping is available at checkout.

We are not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
