How to measure your pet's neck size:

One way to get a more accurate dog bandana size is to measure the neck circumference of your pet. It is highly recommended to measure your pet's neck with a soft measuring tape or string (if you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler or steel tape). Leave some extra room, around 1-2 inches, to ensure a comfortable fit.

Most of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for your handmade item to be created and shipped. Orders with embroidery can take 5-6 business days to ship. But hey, good things come to those who wait, and our customers agree – our products are totally worth it!

Spot clean and lay flat to dry.
COLLARS & LEASHES
Hand wash with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or expose collar to salt water.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Non-personalized items may be exchanged for sizing ONLY as we want the best fit for your pup. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@maxandcopets.com. Item needs to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost.

 

CONDITION OF EXCHANGE
