Care Instruction:

Leather is a durable material and when well taken care of, it ages extremely well. Regularly dust the collar to remove buildup of dust and dirt and try to keep the collar free of mud or other substances that may leave marks on the leather. Rub the studs with a dry microfiber cloth to restore their shine. With just a little care you will have a collar you can enjoy for a long time.

If your dog wears it on a rainy day, don't worry; simply take it off once you get home and let it air dry.

How to measure your pet's neck size:

One way to get a more accurate dog bandana size is to measure the neck circumference of your pet. It is highly recommended to measure your pet's neck with a soft measuring tape or string (if you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler or steel tape). Leave some extra room, around 1-2 inches, to ensure a comfortable fit.

Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, and lay flat to dry. For a perfect bandana, iron flat.
COLLAR BOWS
Spot clean and lay flat to dry.
COLLARS & LEASHES
Hand wash with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or expose collar to salt water.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Non-personalized items may be exchanged for sizing ONLY as we want the best fit for your pup. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@maxandcopets.com. Item needs to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost.

 

CONDITION OF EXCHANGE
