What is your return & exchange policy?

EXCHANGE POLICY

Non-personalized items may be exchanged for sizing ONLY as we want the best fit for your pup. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@maxandcopets.com. Item needs to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost.

 

CONDITION OF EXCHANGE 

 The item needs to be in its original condition to initiate the exchange.
